Sponsorship opportunities - OYCL Golf Tournament 2025

Our steering committee is excited to announce that our annual OYCL Golf Tournament will be held on Thursday, July 10th, 2025, with 288 golfers playing at Greensmere Golf & Country Club.

The tournament will be sold exclusively in “twosomes” (2 people) again this year. In effort to promote networking amongst participants, your twosome will be paired with a twosome from another company to complete the round of golf. A listing of all twosome pairings will be shared with registrants in advance of the tournament. If you have a specific pairing request, please email oycl@oca.ca (we will do our best to accommodate but cannot no guarantee).

Twosomes are $400 plus applicable taxes and includes green and cart fees, lunch, dinner, 2 drink tickets per person, and 1 raffle ticket per person.

On the day of the tournament, the registration desk will open at 11:00 A.M. Shotgun start at 1 P.M. sharp. A BBQ lunch will be held under the tent in between registration and tournament start time. Dinner will be held under the tent at 6 P.M., and include a cheque presentation to our selected charity, a short speech, and prizes.

All sponsors have a guaranteed opportunity to purchase two (2) twosomes to the tournament.

Note that this tournament is open to OCA-member firms only. We welcome non-OCA members to all other OYCL events throughout the year in effort to encourage new membership.

All proceeds from this year’s golf tournament will be going to Lanark County Interval House and Community Support; a local charity that provides safe, emergency shelter for women and children fleeing domestic violence.

Networking Hole Sponsorships Available (Staff Required):

Note sponsors for all networking holes are required to provide 1-2 volunteer staff members to sit at the hole for the duration of the tournament; all food/drinks/material to run the hole will be provided for you. Volunteers (up to 2 per sponsorship) will be provided with lunch and dinner at no additional charge. Please let us know if you will bring your own branded tent/chairs or if you would like Greensmere to provide and we will arrange.
