Jason Gordon - Director of Operations & Event Sector Lead - Cobalt Safety East
Jason completed his studies in Civil Engineering Technology at St. Lawrence College in 1998 and is a member of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering. With over 20 years of experience in Occupational Safety Jason has developed confidence in interpreting and implementing Health and Safety Legislation and Management Systems. From 2004 to 2014, Jason worked as an inspector and Inspectorate Peer Trainer for the Ministry of Labour, where he headed the "Tower Crane Initiative", this initiative resulted in Jason being nominated for the Ministry of Labour GEM award.
In 2011, after investigating a serious incident, Jason became a leader in Occupational Safety in the Event Sector. During this time, Jason recognized that he could better serve the industry as a Consultant, and, in 2014, followed that dream.

All industry professionals responsible for workers, workplace safety, and risk management, regardless of their experience level. This includes owners, executives, managers, site and facility supervisors, foremen, and lead hands.
