This hands-on course teaches commercial construction project management staff how to use AI tools like Claude and Microsoft 365 Copilot to manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, and communication with greater speed, consistency, and confidence. Participants build practical, repeatable workflows for project communications, meeting minutes and action tracking, submittal and specification review, schedule-impact and recovery messaging, change management, and owner reporting — while applying privacy, accuracy, and quality-control practices that protect the project and the client relationship.
Participants will learn how to use AI to:
• Draft clearer RFIs and project correspondence
• Analyze specifications and identify key requirements
• Turn meeting discussions into organized summaries and action items
• Review budgets and communicate financial information
• Improve coordination across project teams
• Build structured prompts for more accurate, useful results
• Apply appropriate privacy safeguards when working with project information
Delivered live online across two focused 3.5-hour sessions, the course uses construction-specific examples and workflows that participants can apply immediately.
This is not theoretical AI training. It is practical instruction for construction professionals who want to work more efficiently, communicate more clearly, and manage project information with greater confidence.
