OYCL Golf Tournament at Greensmere

Hello OYCL community!
Our steering committee is excited to announce that our annual OYCL golf tournament will be held at Greensmere Golf & Country Club on Thursday, July 11, 2024.
Registration will open at 11 A.M. and include an assortment of pre-packed bagged lunches for registrants to pick from before heading out on the course.
The tournament will kick off with a shotgun start at 12:00 P.M. sharp. A shotgun start is a golf tournament format in which all groups of players tee off simultaneously from different holes.
Dinner will be served starting at 6 P.M. On the menu: Chicken and Ribs! Please advise of any dietary restrictions when you register. A short thank you speech and prize winners will be announced during dinner.
The tournament will be sold exclusively in twosomes (2 players) again this year as an initiative to promote networking amongst players, one of the pillars of the OYCL. All registered twosomes will be paired with another twosome to complete the round of golf. A listing of all twosome pairings will be shared with registrants before the day of the tournament.
Registration is $400 +HST per twosome and includes green fees with golf cart, lunch, dinner + two (2) drink tickets and one (1) raffle ticket per player.
All proceeds from this years golf tournament will be going to Distress Centre of Ottawa and Region.
